Overview

Puglia holds together through contrasts that feel completely natural: white stone and blue water, fishing ports and inland towns, simple tables and deep-rooted craft. This journey moves from Trani’s quiet harbor to the trulli-strewn hills of the Valle d’Itria, from the cave city of Matera to the gleaming lanes of Ostuni.

You move through family-run kitchens, harbors, caseifici, and quiet streets where daily life still sets the tone. Nothing here needs much performance. The pleasures are already in place: a warm loaf, a plate of seafood, a well-timed coffee, a town that looks almost too beautiful to be casual and somehow still is. What stays with you is a region that feels sunlit, grounded, and deeply lived.

What to expect: coastal walks, seafood, olive groves, and whitewashed villages.

Journeys are intimate, usually 10–12 guests, with a convivial mix of ages and backgrounds.
